Series 2 Land Rover Budget Restoration - We are up to day 26 of the Land Rover Series 2 restoration 20th August 2013

Well it is Hubby's 50th birthday today, but that didn't stop any work being done LOL.

We go the final coat of the Brunswick Green on the tub. As we finished doing the final coat, we noticed that there was one trim that hadn't been painted.

So out came the silver hammerite again and off to work I set. So here are the photos of me painting the final trim of the tub.

This has to be so carefully that I have been using a small artists paint brush. It is a good thing that I am doing this, is needs a good eye to see where you are painting.

Just need to do one more coat of the silver hammerite and then all the pieces of trim can go on the tub and it will be finished yippeeeeeee LOL

We are having a day off tomorrow. We have been having too many late nights and it is starting to catch up with us. So a day off is called for. But as long as the weather is good to us, we will be back on Thursday 22nd August.
